PROCESS

Our Day-Of Coordination package includes more than just "day-of" support. To effectively manage your wedding day, we need to know A LOT of information - from your must-have songs and vendor contact details to the order of your ceremony and who’s bringing the rings. We need to know it ALL, so we can keep everything running smoothly and make sure your day goes off without a hitch. Thus, our Day-of Coordination package begins about 2 months prior to your wedding day.

8 weeks out:

You'll receive several questionnaires to complete in order to gather essential information - wedding party and family contact info, vendor details and contracts, and general choices you have made about the flow of your wedding day. Jennifer will review all of this to prepare for your initial wedding planning meeting.

6 weeks out:

We'll meet in person (or virtually if needed) to discuss all of the plans you've made so far and make a list of things you still need to finalize. Jennifer asks a ton of questions during this first meeting to better understand your vision and desires. It never fails that there are key details that you didn't know to think about or small wrinkles in the timeline of the day that Jennifer can tweak to create a more seamless experience for you and your guests.

After this meeting, Jennifer will create a timeline for your wedding day to include wedding party and immediate family arrivals, vendor arrivals/departures, photo sessions, key moments, etc. She'll also create other documents to share with your vendor team based on your wedding needs (e.g. ceremony show flow, reception show flow, DJ/MC announcements, and set up details).

4 weeks out:

Jennifer will be in touch with you via text and email to finalize all remaining details and ensure your vendor team has all of the information they need to successfully support your day. The last month of wedding planning can be a little hectic as final RSVP numbers and payments are due to your vendors and final decisions are being made. Jennifer we be there to support you and help you feel confident in this home stretch!

1 week out:

We'll meet in person (or virtually if needed) to review every. little. detail. to make sure we are all on the same page. Jennifer's goal is to understand your vision so thoroughly that she can make decisions on your behalf on your wedding day without needing to bother you. Even with the best planned weddings, there are issues that arise due to the multitude of people involved in the day - but Jennifer strives to put out those fires without you even knowing there was a problem.

After this final meeting, Jennifer will connect with each of your vendors to ensure they know to contact her with any final questions and that she will be their point of contact on your wedding day.

Day-Of:

On your wedding day, Jennifer will be on site to manage and oversee everything. Depending on how many hours she is contracted for, she'll help with set up, lead your ceremony rehearsal, meet vendors upon arrival, ensure the timeline is being followed, coordinate with your DJ/MC to make announcements at the appropriate times, make sure your photo/video team doesn't miss any key moments, assist with clean up, and just manage all aspects of the day so you can be in the moment and enjoy it!
