Day-Of Coordination
You've planned every detail (okay... maybe 95%) and just want to ensure everything goes smoothly on your big day. We can tie up the loose ends and execute your plans, so you (and your mom, aunt, and MOH) can enjoy the day!

Meet Jennifer!
Jennifer is a "Type A" perfectionist who loves the details! Jennifer has over 15 years of event planning experience - from small, social gatherings (like birthday parties, baby showers, and anniversaries) to large-scale events (such as concerts, parades, banquets, retreats, and conferences). Weddings are unique, though, and Jennifer's experience with a wide range of venues, vendors, and styles perfectly positions her to support brides and grooms through the wedding planning process.
Jennifer's approach to wedding planning is to Educate, Navigate, & Activate.
Educate. Most people do not have much experience planning a wedding because it's something you only do once! Thus, Jennifer strives to provide expertise on all aspects of weddings and inform you of societal trends, etiquette, and norms. Her background in education (she has a PhD in K-16 Education Leadership!) gives her the skills to teach and guide, so you feel well-informed and confident in your decisions.
Navigate. Weddings have lots of moving parts and the planning process can be overwhelming. Jennifer facilitates your progression through the planning process by providing referrals and industry tips to keep you on task and within budget. Knowing the right questions to ask your vendors and what steps to take next will limit stress and remove confusion!
Activate. Wedding PLANS can only take you so far, because those plans have to turn into action. Jennifer will turn your vision into reality, by implementing all of the plans you've been working on for months. By serving as the project manager for your event, she'll coordinate all the vendors and put out all of the little fires so that you can just enjoy your day with your friends and family.
When she's not meeting with vendors, performing site visits, and chatting with brides, Jennifer spends her time as a stay-at-home mama to her and Ryan's two kids. They enjoy playing board games, vacationing in Hawaii, and just spending time together as a family.
Fun Facts About Me
I love sweet tea. I play the fiddle and grew up singing each weekend in our family's country & western band. I love watching Friends (if the kids will let me turn off Peppa Pig and Ms. Rachel). I've been to Hawaii at least 20 times (we've honestly lost count!)
Ryan and I started dating in 2014 and got married in 2017. He's been helping me with events from the very beginning - often having to assist me if he wanted to see me that week! We love working weddings together and truly make a great team.
